At DII, we want you to love your home textiles and decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are securely cushioned.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
