What is your return policy for home decor and textiles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my DII linens and textiles?
Most of our cotton textiles are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low to prevent shrinkage and maintain color vibrancy.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more international destinations soon.
